Mahlon Jager - Founding Partner

Mahlon Jager brings decades of hands-on construction, insurance, and property claims experience to Sentinel 360 Solutions. A Veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Mahlon has dedicated his career to helping property owners navigate complex property damage and insurance-related challenges with professionalism, integrity, and practical industry knowledge.

Before entering the insurance industry, Mahlon spent more than 25 years as a contractor specializing in insurance-related repairs. Through that experience, he witnessed firsthand the difficulties many property owners faced when attempting to document and prove losses to insurance companies following catastrophic events. Motivated by a desire to better assist insureds through the claims process, he transitioned into the insurance industry as an Independent Insurance Adjuster.

Over the next 23 years, Mahlon handled a wide range of property claims and gained extensive experience evaluating damages, estimating losses, and navigating the insurance claims process. His experience working directly within the industry provided him with valuable insight into how claims are investigated, documented, and processed. Wanting to further advocate for property owners, Mahlon later transitioned into the role of Public Adjuster, representing insureds and working to help achieve fair and accurate claim outcomes.

With nearly 50 years of combined experience in construction and property claims, Mahlon joined forces with George Ketry and Jim Madden to form Sentinel 360 Solutions.

Together, the Sentinel 360 Solutions team developed a proactive approach focused on property intelligence, preparedness, and comprehensive documentation designed to help property owners establish organized baseline property records before catastrophic events occur. Their combined experience allows Sentinel 360 Solutions to provide clients with clear, organized, and comprehensive property documentation solutions intended to simplify the recovery process and help protect valuable assets before and after loss events occur.
