Jim Madden brings more than 20 years of property and casualty insurance experience to Sentinel 360 Solutions.

His extensive background includes serving as a field and desk adjuster, senior damage estimator, building consultant, appraiser, umpire, team leader, and claims manager.

Throughout his career, Jim has evaluated residential and commercial losses involving hurricanes, floods, fires, tornadoes, hail, winter storms, water damage, business interruption, and other complex property claims. He has handled catastrophe and large-loss assignments throughout the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean, working closely with property owners, insurance carriers, contractors, public adjusters, attorneys, and other industry professionals.

Jim is highly experienced in property inspections, damage assessments, construction estimating, estimate reviews, coverage evaluation, settlement negotiations, and the appraisal process. He is proficient in Xactimate, Symbility, and Simsol and is a licensed appraiser and umpire in Louisiana.

A graduate of the University of New Orleans with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Jim also proudly served in the United States Army and the Louisiana Army National Guard. His practical field experience, technical estimating knowledge, and commitment to accurate documentation make him an invaluable member of the Sentinel 360 Solutions team.
